Do I have to join a gym?
No, not at all. I am a mobile PT, which means I come to you and you can train in the comfort of your home.
How long is a session?
A session is approx. 45 mins including warm up and cool down. Please note, that the first session may take a bit longer as the explanations and demonstrations may take up a bit more time.
How does it all work?
After you made your first contact with me. I will send you a client questionnaire to complete. This will give me an idea about your health and fitness history and provide valuable information, that will help me in creating the trainings session for you.
A couple of days before your first session, I will contact you to confirm our appointment and also send you an invoice. After your first PT session I will send you a trainings plan, so that you can train by yourself until our next PT session the following week. Please allow me a day or two to create this trainings plan. Please remember, we customise these trainings plan for your needs, so we will put some thought into this and not just provide you with something we have downloaded from the internet
How do I pay?
Payment can be made on the day or via bank transfer. I will send an invoice prior to our session. The Mindset Overhaul program can be paid in full via PayPal or bank transfer and if you decide to go on a 3 months payment plan that will be processed through a PayPal subscription
Can my children be there during the session?
YES of course. I am a mum myself and I am more than happy to accommodate your children during our session
