Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays

Sitting here with a cuppa, reflecting on 2016. What a whirlwind of year this has been and what an exciting one. 2016 was a year of big decisions, big changes and also marked the exciting start of Fitness Uncovered Personal Training. Something I dreamed about for a very long time, but 2016 I finally stopped dreaming and made it reality. I'm so proud of what I have achieved in such a short period of time and I'm so grateful that you are all part of it.

Christmas will be a quiet time for us, with no family around, it will be just us 3. How will you spent Christmas? Ensure you enjoy spending time with your family and friends and eating delicious, good food. This is not the time to count calories (you know I'm not a fan of calorie counting anytime of the year- as I think it's not a sustainable way of living. And also good, healthy food shouldn't require calorie counting. But this belongs to a different topic) or feeling bad if you missed a training session (you know I'm also not a fan of the good bad lifestyle, but that's again another topic). Just enjoy the festive season. If you keen to train with me, get in touch. We offer sessions during the holidays, so if you are up for it, come and join us. I'm also available for PT.

I will use this time to recharge my batteries and reflect on the year gone and start making plans for 2017.

2017 will be even bigger and better and I'm excited to share all the exciting things with you next year.

Enjoy this special time of the year with your family & friends. Merry Christmas, happy holidays

PS. If you are keen for a session during the holidays or would like to attend a Mum & Bub class, let me know.
