When I ask my clients why they hired me and what they want to achieve most likely I will get answers like these...
I want to lose weight
Or
I want my clothes to fit better
Or
I just want to feel fitter
Over the years and through my own experience I know these are not your real reasons. Most likely I will ask some more questions about your why. ... you may find this uncomfortable at first, but if you want true change ....
